After configuring the RealTimeQuery properties you can go OFFLINE by doing click on the following button:
If you have configured RealTimeQuery as server, it will stop listening for operators connections. Also if you have configured the FTP properties to do so, it will publish your state in your website as offline.
If you have configured RealTimeQuery as an operator, it will disconnect from the RealTimeQuery server specified in Properties -> Server.
